Design Coordination & Cost Alignment
Guide design development with a focus on buildability, cost certainty, and schedule credibility. Keep consultants aligned, manage decisions, and prevent scope drift before it becomes field changes.
Construction Oversight & Project Controls
Maintain strong site presence and disciplined reporting on progress, safety, quality, cost, and schedule. Track commitments, changes, and risks so the Owner always knows where the project stands
Change Management & Budget Protection
Evaluate changes, negotiate fair pricing, and document impacts to time and cost before approvals. Maintain clean logs and forecasts to protect contingency and prevent surprise overruns.
Commissioning, Closeout & Handover
Drive readiness for occupancy: commissioning coordination, deficiencies, training, and turnover documentation (O&M, warranties, as-builts). Ensure a clean transition to operations and a controlled warranty period.

I work solely on behalf of Owners, not contractors, to safeguard scope, budget, schedule, and overall project quality. My job is to keep decisions moving, documentation organized, and risks identified early so the project stays on track from initial planning through final handover.
I offer owner-side experience in both institutional and municipal settings, with direct involvement in procurement, construction administration, commissioning, and closeout. That means you get clear reporting, strong change management, and a representative who keeps the entire team accountable while preserving productive relationships with every party involved.
